These terms apply to all makeup services enquired about or booked through this website with Maheshwari Makeovers, Navi Mumbai ("we", "us"). By booking an appointment you agree to the terms below.

Enquiries & bookings

Submitting the booking form or sending a WhatsApp enquiry is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only after we personally confirm the date and time with you.
Bridal dates — especially in the wedding season — are limited and are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
Please share accurate details (date, venue, number of people) so we can quote and plan correctly.

Pricing & payment

Prices listed on this website are indicative starting prices and may vary with the look, add-ons (lashes, lenses, hair extensions, draping, additional family members) and the final requirement discussed with you.
An advance may be required to reserve a bridal date; the amount and payment method will be confirmed personally. No payments are collected through this website.
Travel charges apply separately for venues outside our home studio area. For destination weddings, travel, stay and food are borne by the client unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule; we will do our best to accommodate a new date subject to availability.
Advances for bridal dates may be non-refundable once a date has been blocked for you, since other bookings are declined for that slot. This will be made clear at the time of confirmation.

On the day of service

Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with a chair, table and power point where the service is at your venue.
Timings agreed for bridal services are important — delays from the client side may shorten the time available for the look.
Kindly inform us in advance of any skin allergies or sensitivities. Our products are professional-grade, but we are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

Photographs

We love showcasing our work. Photos of your look may be used on our website, Instagram and promotional material only with your consent. If you prefer your photos not be used, just tell us — it never affects your service. To have an already-published photo removed, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, the Maheshwari Makeovers name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
