Enquiry & booking details — when you use our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, preferred date and time slot, occasion, venue/location and any message you write.
Contact via WhatsApp, phone or Instagram — if you reach us on these channels, we receive the details you share there, along with your number or handle.
We do not collect payments, passwords or government IDs through this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry, check availability and confirm your appointment.
To contact you about your booking on the phone number you provide.
To maintain a simple record of confirmed appointments.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below that make the website work.

Third-party services

Email delivery (FormSubmit) — booking form submissions are relayed to our email inbox through FormSubmit's form-to-email service.
WhatsApp — if you choose "Send on WhatsApp", your enquiry text opens in your own WhatsApp app; sending it is under your control and subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Google Maps & Google Calendar — the map on our contact page is embedded from Google, and the optional "Add to Calendar" link opens Google Calendar. Google's privacy policy applies to those features.
Instagram — links and gallery previews point to our Instagram profile.

Photographs

The portfolio photographs on this website are published with the consent of our clients. If you are featured in a photo and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly. Client photos taken during your appointment are only used for promotion with your permission.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may cache images and pages for faster loading, and standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) may be kept by our hosting provider for security.
